Short Term finance

Getting working capital from a bank is difficult and requires you to be well prepared and will usually need you to produce:
  • Full accounts for the past financial year
  • Business plans for 12 to 24 months ahead by month (to include P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow,)
  • Commentary on the plans especially the major assumptions
  • Indication of borrowing levels and whether loan or overdraft sought
  • Copy of banks statements for previous 6 to 12 months
  • Security for the borrowings from the business assets or personal
  • Details of assets (if personal security)
